What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Items will be shipped out to you through priority mail and first class. please contact me if you choose to use any other shipping methods besides priority mail or first class.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, We only ship to the United States of America.
How long will it take for an item to ship after I order?
It normally takes about 1-2 business days for all purchased items to ship.
How do I know My order has shipped?
All items purchased through our website will have a tracking number.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
All items are thoroughly checked for any defects prior to shipping. In case you receive any defective item, we will happily do a return. All damaged items must be shipped back to us before any refund or exchanges will be made. Please contact me immediately so I can give you a return label.
What happens if the purchased item doesn’t fit?
Here at Just MEE Apparel, we understand hesitations on buying clothes online. We want you to feel beautiful and be comfortable. With that being said, you can send back anything that doesn’t fit you properly as long as it is unworn with all tags still attached. Please contact me and I will get a shipping label sent to you so we can make the proper return or exchange.
Are returns free?
YES!! We will email you a shipping label at no cost to you. The only time you will be charged is if you do an exchange. You will only be charged for the shipping cost of the new item being sent to you.
How does a return work?
All you have to do is contact our shop within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will get a shipping label emailed to you ASAP. As soon as we get the item back, all tags attached and unworn, you will receive your refund or exchange. You get back the full amount paid for the item you purchased, but will not be refunded shipping cost. Money will be refunded to the card you purchased on. Store credit will not be given.
